Nicola leads the general liability claims team servicing commercial carriers, coverholders and clients through our multiple facilities. Nicola provides a pro-active, resilient claims service in support of the aggressive growth strategy of many of our clients.

Nicola was previously Claims Director at Pen Underwriting and led the UK Commercial team at Faraday, specialising in employers’ liability, public liability and product liability & commercial property & business interruption. Prior to that, Nicola was Head of Claims at SCOR.
