The High Court has recently handed down judgment in a case which concerns the ability of Insurers to aggregate Claims of different clients who have had monies misappropriated by a dishonest solicitor under clauses 2.5(a)(i) & (ii) of the Minimum Terms & Conditions. The judgment will be on interest to those dealing with solicitors’ professional indemnity claims. A note on the case can be found here.
