Sarah Fountain

Sarah graduated from Flinders University of South Australia with an Honours degree in law and legal practice and a commerce degree in 2003.  Sarah was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia in December 2002 and of the High Court of Australia in May 2003. 

Sarah worked as a solicitor in South Australia for 3½ years in a commercial city law firm practising in the areas of insurance litigation and commercial litigation. 

Soon after arriving in the UK, Sarah started working at Cayton & Co where she specialises in professional indemnity claims.  Sarah is also a qualified solicitor of England and Wales.

Sarah has participated in various extra-curricular legal activities including being an active member of the New Lawyers' Committee of the Law Society of South Australia, tutoring students for the Law Society of South Australia Mock Trial Competition for Secondary Schools and judging at the University of Adelaide Law Students’ Society Mooting Competition.
