Stephen has  over twenty years experience in the resolution of disputes and is a qualified mediator. He specialises in professional indemnity litigation and, whilst he has dealt with most professions, he has particular expertise in dealing with the construction related professions.

Stephen has litigated at all levels in the court system up to and including the House of Lords and has been instructed to represent parties in arbitrations, adjudications and mediations as well as other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
