Robin has over 18 years claims management experience, having worked on both the broking side and the insurer side. He qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute in 1997.

Prior to joining Caytons Law, Robin spent 10 years working for a large independent insurance broker, handling PI and D&O claims for most professions. These professions included Surveyors, Architects, Engineers, Financial Advisors, Solicitors, Accountants, Hedge Fund Managers, Insurance Brokers and Underwriting Agents.

Prior to this, Robin worked for a leading Lloyd's syndicate handling PI and D&O claims.
