Janet specialises in professional indemnity and insurance litigation. She has acted on behalf of a wide range of professionals, including those involved in the construction industry (architects, engineers, surveyors) and the financial services sector, and solicitors. She has also been involved in coverage and D&O disputes.

She has extensive experience of litigation in the English courts, as well as international arbitration. She aims to resolve claims effectively, whether through court proceedings, pre-action protocols or ADR, such as mediation. Janet has been involved in a number of high-profile cases.

Prior to joining Caytons, she worked for a number of years with a leading specialist professional indemnity practice.
